HUNTING CONTRACT

I agree to Cross Texas Outfitters rules and regulations as well as the Texas Parks and Wildlife Laws and Regulations pertaining to Texas. I understand that a deposit of $1,400.00 is required to book a hunt (verbal commitments will be honored for 10 days), and is non-refundable unless the cancelled hunt can be replaced at the standard cost. We will attempt to replace the cancelled hunt at full hunt value, but we are not responsible for replacing the hunt. We will not be able to grant a refund unless the cancelled hunt is replaced at full price. The remaining portion, $1,400.00, is due 30 days prior to the start of the hunt. I understand that all terms are binding, and that I have read and understand the contract required by Cross Texas Outfitters. I also understand that I must submit all payments with personal or business check. This is free range hunting and I understand there are no guarantees to my hunting success expressed or implied in any manner. I understand that once I check in, the fee is non-refundable. I understand that if I violate the Rules and Regulations of Cross Texas Outfitters or Texas Parks and Wildlife Laws and Regulations that I will forfeit all moneys received by Cross Texas Outfitters and, subject to the Laws and Penalties of Texas, waive and release Cross Texas Outfitters , affiliates and partners of any legal action, civil or of any type.
